✨ Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared before being dispatched. Please allow [1–4 business days] for processing. Please note that handmade items may require a little extra time as they are crafted with care — we'll always aim to keep you updated if there's any delay.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

We offer two delivery options for customers in the United Kingdom:

Standard Shipping — £5.99 | Estimated delivery: [3–5 business days]

Express Shipping — £8.99 | Estimated delivery: [2–3 business days]

 

🇪🇺 European Union Delivery

Standard International Shipping — £14.99 | Estimated delivery: [5–7 business days]

Please be aware that orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

🌍 International Delivery

We ship to selected countries worldwide, including the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and more.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can occasionally cause delays beyond our control. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

📦 Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (where available). You can use this to follow your parcel's journey right to your door.

😟 Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take great care in packaging every order, but if something goes wrong:

Damaged items: Please contact us within [14 days] of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we'll make it right.

Lost parcels: If your order hasn't arrived within [14 days] of the estimated delivery date, please get in touch and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Some of our products are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. These items may ship separately from other items in your order and may have different delivery timescales. Tracking will be provided for these orders where available.
